Vieux Amis

Regrettably, the tour by Les Voisins has been cancelled because the theorbo player is unable to travel from Australia to NZ. We have been fortunate to have a replacement group to perform a programme that follows a similar theme of combining older works with those from the 20th century.

Justine Cormack (violin) and James Bush (cello) will be joined by Sarah Watkins (piano), performing under the name Vieux Amis. The three performed together 25 years ago as the Miro Trio, and in various other combinations since (most notably, Justine and Sarah as part of NZTrio). The name also reflects the relationship to Les Voisins.

How to buy tickets:

Single tickets are $40, or $10 for those under 26. A school child attending with an adult who has purchased a full-price ticket is free.
